4. CUSTOMER CERTIFICATIONS

17. SHIPPING TIME REQUIREMENTS

If no specific shipping timeframe is stated, Elite Peptique LLC will process the order within a commercially reasonable period.

If Elite Peptique LLC cannot ship an order within the applicable or promised timeframe, we may:

• Issue a refund where required by applicable law.

18. DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS

The Customer is responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving the package promptly after delivery.

Risk associated with theft, weather exposure, temperature exposure, unauthorized access, or improper storage transfers to the Customer after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout, to the extent permitted by law.

After carrier-confirmed delivery, Elite Peptique LLC is not responsible for:

• Theft;

• Loss;

• Misplacement;

• Weather exposure;

• Temperature exposure;

• Packages collected by another person;

• Failure to retrieve the package promptly;

• Damage occurring after delivery;

• Delivery to an address incorrectly entered by the Customer.

Customers should contact the carrier regarding packages marked as delivered but not located.

Elite Peptique LLC may assist with a carrier investigation but does not guarantee a replacement, credit, or refund.

19. INSPECTION OF SHIPMENTS

Customers must inspect each shipment immediately upon delivery.

Claims involving an allegedly:

• Incorrect Product;

• Missing Product;

• Broken vial;

• Compromised seal;

• Visibly damaged package;

• Shipping-related damage;

must be submitted through the customer-service contact method displayed on the Website within seven (7) calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery.

The claim must include:

• Customer name;

• Order number;

• Detailed description of the issue;

• Photographs of the shipping container;

• Photographs of all packaging materials;

• Photographs of the Product;

• Photographs of the Product label;

• Photographs of the seal;

• Photographs of the lot information;

• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by Elite Peptique LLC.

Products involved in a claim must not be opened, punctured, reconstituted, diluted, mixed, transferred, tested, used, discarded, or otherwise altered while the claim is under review.

Failure to submit a complete claim within seven (7) calendar days may result in denial of the claim.

20. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the sensitive nature, storage requirements, quality-control requirements, potential contamination, and inability to verify storage and handling after delivery, Elite Peptique LLC does not accept returns or exchanges.

Elite Peptique LLC does not provide refunds for:

• Changes of mind;

• Accidental orders;

• Duplicate orders submitted by the Customer;

• Products the Customer no longer wants;

• Products the Customer no longer needs;

• Incorrect Products selected by the Customer;

• Products subjected to improper storage;

• Products subjected to improper handling;

• Shipping delays caused by carriers;

• Packages confirmed as delivered;

• Customer dissatisfaction with research or experimental results;

• Minor variations in packaging;

• Minor variations in labeling;

• Minor variations in vial appearance;

• Minor variations in lyophilized material;

• Failure to follow storage or handling instructions;

• Products purchased for an unauthorized or prohibited purpose.

By submitting an order, the Customer acknowledges that the transaction is final and non-refundable once the order has entered processing.

21. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

The No-Return and No-Refund Policy does not prevent the Customer from submitting a timely claim for a verified Product that was:

• Materially damaged during shipment;

• Missing from the package;

• Different from the Product listed on the confirmed order.

A complete claim must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery in accordance with Section 19.

If Elite Peptique LLC verifies the claim, Elite Peptique LLC may, at its reasonable discretion, provide a replacement for the affected Product or reship a verified missing Product. Products must not be returned unless the Customer receives written instructions from Elite Peptique LLC.

Approved claims do not entitle the Customer to a refund, store credit, exchange for a different Product, or any other voluntary monetary remedy.

A refund to the original payment method will be provided only when required by applicable law or when Elite Peptique LLC cancels a paid order before shipment.

22. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Customers must not return or mail Products to Elite Peptique LLC without prior written authorization.

Any Product returned without written authorization may be:

• Discarded;

• Destroyed;

• Returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

An unauthorized return does not qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
