This Shipping Policy explains how Elite Peptique LLC processes and ships orders placed through elite-peptique.com.
1. Shipping Area
Elite Peptique LLC currently ships only to valid addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Orders submitted with an international delivery address will not be processed.
2. Shipping Days
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, except on federal holidays and other carrier-observed holidays. Orders placed on a holiday or during a period when carriers are not operating will be handled on the next available shipping day.
3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Elite Peptique LLC may select the carrier and service level based on the destination, package size, service availability, and other fulfillment considerations.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery generally takes approximately 6–14 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, incorrect address information, security reviews, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend delivery times.
Tracking activity may take additional time to appear after a shipping label has been created. A tracking number or label-creation notice does not necessarily mean that the carrier has completed its first physical scan.
5. Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Standard shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $140.00 or more receive free standard shipping within the United States. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes, shipping charges, or other fees. Free shipping applies only to the standard shipping method selected or assigned by Elite Peptique LLC.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order. Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP Code carefully.
If you discover an address error, contact us immediately at mail@elite-peptique.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to a carrier.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
7. Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that someone can receive the package when necessary.
8. Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance may be offered during checkout. The price, coverage, exclusions, claim procedure, and resolution of an insured shipment are governed by the terms shown when the coverage is purchased.
If optional insurance is available and declined, the customer assumes the risk of carrier loss or transit damage to the extent permitted by applicable law. This provision does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Carrier delivery estimates are outside the direct control of Elite Peptique LLC. A delay alone does not necessarily mean that a package is lost.
If tracking appears stalled, a package arrives visibly damaged, or a shipment may be lost, contact us promptly at mail@elite-peptique.com and include the order number and relevant photographs or tracking information. Customers may also be required to cooperate with the carrier’s investigation or claim process.
10. Packages Marked Delivered
When carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address supplied at checkout, the customer should first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any carrier delivery notes.
After carrier-confirmed delivery, the risk of theft, loss, damage, or misplacement generally transfers to the recipient, provided that Elite Peptique LLC correctly addressed, packaged, and tendered the shipment to a commercially reasonable carrier. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Returned or Refused Packages
Orders that are refused, left unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order and shipping information before completing their purchase.
12. Changes to This Policy
Elite Peptique LLC may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in carriers, shipping practices, service areas, or legal requirements. The revised policy will display an updated date and will apply prospectively from its stated effective date.
13. No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, Elite Peptique LLC does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds after an order has been placed. Products should not be sent back to us under any circumstances unless you have received written instructions from Elite Peptique LLC.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us at mail@elite-peptique.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Your message must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipping package and affected products. After reviewing and verifying the claim, Elite Peptique LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement for the affected item. Approved replacements do not entitle the customer to a refund, store credit, or exchange for a different product.
This policy applies except where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
